Last day of the hands-on surgery rotation went down today, spent most of the day with my partner Danielle and I doing rear-foot procedures and tendon transfers on our foot. Dr. Latva came around with some helpful instructions and some technique tips. We ended up doing a Christman-Snook tendon transfer and a percutaneous Tendo-Achilles lengthening.
